Bechtel Elementary is a Prekindergarten (PK) to 5th grade school that enthusiastically serves Military families and the families that support our military families. The school’s namesake, William C. Bechtel, was a Marine stationed on Okinawa during World War II. He returned to the island as a DoDEA administrator and school principal. Bechtel Elementary, home of the Bulldogs, was built in 1987.
